She is also highly knowledgeable in Lakewood Ranch, with custom-built homes and Palmer Ranch. Making her a trusted resource for buyers and sellers navigating both acreage properties and thoughtfully designed communities.
Before transitioning into real estate, Mariam worked for a residential and commercial dock dredging company along Florida’s coast. This experience provides her with valuable insight into waterfront properties, land use, and Florida’s waterways, allowing her to confidently advise clients considering land, custom builds, or waterfront investments.
A proud mother of four, Mariam brings strong family values, gratitude, and respect into every client relationship. She is actively involved in the community through volunteer work with the Salvation Army and SPARCC. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time on Sarasota’s beautiful beaches
